Gifting and payments at WILLPORT

WILLPORT is a US FinTech app for sending gifts and money, including gift cards, flowers, experiences, e-greeting cards and cash, with a vault to keep and redeem what you receive. I lead the mobile app and build the AI features, backend and cloud infrastructure behind it.

Responsible AI for skin disease classification

Most skin-lesion models are judged on accuracy alone. I asked whether they are also fair, robust, trustworthy and explainable enough for a clinic. I trained EfficientNet-B0, ViT-S/16 and EfficientNetV2-S in PyTorch on HAM10000, with 10,015 dermoscopic images across 7 classes.

MSc module project

NLP chatbot

Sequence-to-sequence chatbots trained in PyTorch on the Cornell Movie-Dialogs corpus. I compared an LSTM encoder–decoder with attention against a CNN model, scoring both on BLEU, perplexity and token accuracy.
